On This Day In 1980 Van Halen Saved The 'Women and Children First'

Released on this day in 1980, Women and Children First is the third studio album by Van Halen. It was the band's first album to feature all original compositions, no covers. Featuring the singles "And The Cradle Will Rock", "Everybody Wants Some" and "Romeo Delight" the album would break the Billboard top 10 and go on to sell over 3 million copies worldwide.
