The Texas Home of the Late Dusty Hill of ZZ Top is on the Market

A month after an auction of the late ZZ Top bassist Dusty Hill's belongings took in over three-million dollars comes a half-million reduction in the price of his 58-hundred square foot home in College Station, Texas.

His wife, actress Charleen McCrory Hill, is now asking $3.995 million for the nine-year old glass and metal house, which will get you three bedrooms and four bathrooms, an office, movable divider walls, which allows you to customize the layout, an outdoor pool and kitchen surrounded by 78 acres.

And, if that's not enough land, the adjacent 294 acres are available for separate acquisition.

College Station is located just over 100 miles northeast of Austin and 95 miles northwest of Houston.

Hill was 72 when he died in his sleep on July 28th, 2021 in Houston-area home.
