Steely Dan and Donald Fagen, which are now one in the same, release two live albums this Friday.
Northeast Corridor: Steely Dan Live is the group's first concert album in 25 years. Its 12 songs were recorded in multiple cities, including at New York's Beacon Theatre, and The Met in Philadelphia.
The other album is Donald Fagen – The Nightfly Live, which has him doing all eight songs off his 1983 debut solo album, The Nightfly.
Steely Dan starts a fall tour on October 5th in Miami with 28 shows in 15 cities through November 20th in Boston.
Next spring and summer, Steely and special guest Steve Winwood will make up the tour that was originally scheduled for last year.
