OU & Nevada Students Made Half Court Shots For Free Tuition For A Year

Rarely does it happen, so to see it twice in one night was pretty special. On Thursday night, freshman Cale Montis was plucked from the crowd at the University of Oklahoma Basketball game to try his hand at a half-court shot. When he successfully made the shot, he earned himself a full year worth of tuition. Then at the University of Nevada, Reno student Rhys York won free tuition for a year after making a half-court shot during the University of Nevada Wolf Pack’s November 5 season opener against the University of Utah Utes.
